Today Gunner is 2 weeks old!

He has gained a pound and 3 ounces since he was born, and is getting so big!

I can't believe he is here with us and he's already growing so fast!

I just want to give God thanks and praise for His amazing blessing that He has entrusted Jed and I with!

We cannot wait to get to know him better as he grows in wisdom, stature, and the Lord!!!

Our first son, Gunner Knox Wood was born September 27th at 1:04am
He weighed 8lbs 11oz and waas 21.5 inches long ...I was suprised at how big he was!

The birth experience was wonderful and it was such a blessing having my husband with me instead of on the road working. : )

I know it will be difficult for both Jed and I for him to be away from Gunner and miss out on spending time with him and being around for all of the "little things" but God has us in a position right now that we can only be thankful for as His will is perfect and he always gives us what we need in order to become who he made us to be : ).

We are simply delighted with our son and cannot wait for all the amazing blessings that come with parenthood!
